Śląska 42, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp., Plot Id 086101_1.0010.1333 The Scope Of Works Includes: The Works Will Include, Among Others: On: Disassembly Of The Roof Covering, Including Disassembly Of Gutters, Downpipes And Sheet Metal Flashings, Removal Of Battens, Counter-Battens And Worn Or Damaged Wind Insulation, Partial Repair Of The Roof Structure, Renovation Of Chimneys And Installation Of A New Highly Vapor-Permeable Roof Membrane And Reconstruction Of The Roof Covering Together With The Flashings; Partial Replacement Of Windows And Doors On The Buildings Facade, Including The Installation Of Automatic Smoke Exhaust Devices And The Implementation Of Facade Plaster, Along With The Reconstruction Of All Existing And Reconstructed Architectural Details; Renovation Of Door Joinery; Dismantling External Steel Stairs And Cleaning And Repairing External Granite Terrace Stairs; In The Field Of Electrical Installation, The Works Will Include, Among Others: On: Modernizing The Facilitys Power Supply, Installing And Connecting The Main Fire Protection Switch, Installing And Powering Electrical Switchboards, Adapting The Lighting In The Building To The Applicable Technical Conditions, Installing A Staircase Smoke Extraction System And A Fire Alarm System, Cctv Monitoring, Sswin, Gas Detection, Lan/Tel And Wifi Networks, A Video Intercom System And An Equalizing And Lightning Protection Grounding Installation; In The Field Of Sanitary Installations, The Works Will Include, Among Others: On Moving The Gas Riser To The Building, On The Central Heating Installation - Installing Shut-Off And Control Valves And Installing Radiator Settings.
