Fundación Integra Requires The Contracting Of The Supply For The “Comprehensive Pest Management Service And Sanitization Of Childrens Gardens, Nurses And Regional Office Of Fundación Integra, Araucanía Region”, In Accordance With What Is Stated In These Special Administrative Bases, General Administrative Bases, Technical Bases, And Annexes. To Comply With The Above, Fundación Integra Has The Maximum Budget Indicated Above, For The Period Between The Acceptance Of The Purchase Order And December 31, 2026. This Public Tender Is Governed, As Pertinent To The Legal Nature Of Fundación Integra As A Legal Entity Under Private Law, By Law No. 19,886, On Bases On Administrative Contracts For The Supply And Provision Of Services And Its Regulations, Approved By Supreme Decree No. 661, Of 2024, Of The Ministry Of Finance; By Law No. 19,880, Which Establishes Bases Of The Administrative Procedures That Govern The Acts Of The Bodies Of The State Administration; By These Special Administrative Bases, General Administrative Bases, Technical Bases And Annexes; For The Queries That The Bidders Eventually Make Within The Framework Of The Bidding Process And The Responses Provided By The Foundation; For The Clarifications To The Bases Formulated By Integra And Their Modifications, If Any, As They Contribute To Determining The Scope And Meaning Of The Same.
