Rfp Documents Should Be Obtained From The Euna Portal At Https://Strathcona.Bonfirehub.Ca. This Request For Proposals (The “Rfp”) Is An Invitation By Strathcona County (The “County”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For Arterial Greening, As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfp Particulars (Appendix A) (The “Deliverables”).The County Is Seeking A Qualified Supplier To Provide Landscaping Services Along The County’S Arterial Roads And Other Selected Sites. This Includes, Supply And Install Of All Plant Materials, Minor Grading Work, Fine Grading, Irrigation, Topsoil, Sod, Seed, Mulch, And Associated Maintenance Of Installed Plants. The County Intends To Enter Into An Agreement With A One Year Term With The Possibility Of Two Subsequent Agreements Each With A Term Of One Year. The Deliverables Under The Agreement (The “Year 1 Deliverables”) Are To Be Commenced In 2026 With Details Provided In Sub-Schedule “C-2” Of The Agreement (Attachment 1). The Deliverables For The Two Subsequent Agreements “(Optional Year 2 Work” And “Optional Year 3 Work”, Respectively), If Entered Into By The Parties, Will Include All Aspects Of The Year 1 Deliverables.
