Delivery And Installation Of Factory-Made And Type-Tested Concrete Metering Switchgear (Brum) With Outside Service For 3 Inputs/Outputs And Metering 20 Kv, With An Estimated, Non-Binding Quantity For The Duration Of The Contract - 15 Pieces. According To Regulation 2024/573 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 7 February 2024 On Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases (Regulation 2024/573) And In Connection With Its Application In Relation To Groups Of Equipment, Among Which: Electrical Switching Equipment Containing Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases (Article 13, Paragraph 9, Letter A), As Well As Other Types Of Equipment (Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Heat Pumps, Etc.) Containing These Gases, From 01.01.2026 It Is Prohibited To Put Into Operation Electrical Switching Equipment Up To 24Kv That Uses Sf6 Or Other Fluorine-Containing Greenhouse Gases As An Insulating Or Interrupting Medium. In This Regard, In This Public Procurement, The Contracting Authority Foresees Options For Participation And Submission Of Offers, As Follows: Option 1: Delivery And Installation Of A 20Kv Concrete Metering Switchgear (Brum) With A Switchgear With Insulation From Gases Of Natural Origin; Option 2: Delivery And Installation Of 20Kv Concrete Metering Switchgear (Brum) With Gas-Insulated Switchgear With Global Warming Potential Gwp≤1000; Option 3: Supply And Installation Of 20Kv Concrete Metering Switchgear (Brum) With Switchgear With Sf6 Gas Insulation. The Examination, Evaluation Of The Offers, Ranking Of The Participants And Determination Of The Contractor Of The Public Procurement Will Be Carried Out In The Following Sequence: Option 1 (Equipment Without Fluorine-Containing Greenhouse Gases) Is Applied As The Preferred Option, And In The Presence Of Equipment From More Than One Manufacturer (Regardless Of The Number Of Offers From Suppliers) Meeting The Technical Requirements, A Selection Is Made Only Among These Offers. In The Absence Of Offers Under Option 1, Or When There Is Only One Manufacturer Whose Equipment Meets The Requirements Of Option 1, It Goes To Option 2 (Equipment With Gwp ≤ 1000), In Which Case, If There Are Offers Meeting The Calls Of Option 2, Only Those Are Considered. Option 3 (Sf6) Is Considered Only In The Absence Of Eligible Offers Under Option 1 And Option 2.
