This Tender Notice Applies To Tenders For Total Consultancy Regarding Boligforeningen Lillebælts Comprehensive Plan Renovation Of Department 01 – Solvænget In No. Abby. Against The Background Of A Comprehensive Renovation Plan, Approved By Form A Of The Landsbyggefonden And Middelfart Municipality, Department 01, Solvænget Is To Be Renovated. The Renovation Includes 64 Existing Public Housing Built In 1946-1953 As A Subsidized Building In Accordance With The Public Housing Act, Lbk No. 1023 With Later Amendments. The Homes Are Built As 40 Terraced Houses On 2-3 Levels (37 Units On 2-Level, 3 Units On 3-Level) And 24 Homes On 1-Level The Renovation Project Contains The Following Main Elements: The Renovation Includes Various Degrees Of Conversion/Renovation And Is Divided Into The Following Main Parts: - Subsection 301, No. 1-37 – Renovation - Subsection 307, No. 2-42 – Renovation - Sub-Section 308, No. 44-66 – Renovation - Sub-Section 308, No. 39-61 – Renovation And Accessibility Housing Schedule A And Resident Process It Can Be Stated That The Project Has Obtained Schedule A Approval In December 2025. Consulting Services The Total Consulting Includes Planning Of Outline Proposal/Project Proposal, Authority Project, Tender Project, Contract Tender (Main Contract), Execution Project And As Completed. Total Advisor Is Responsible For Authority Petitions, Design Management, Construction Management, Professional Supervision, Follow-Up, Ict Management, Sustainability Management And Working Environment Coordination (P+B). Contract Sum The Tradesmens Expenses (Contract Sum) For The Renovation Case Have Been Calculated For A Total Budget Of Dkk 106,930,318 Incl. Construction Site/Winter Measures And Excl. Vat (Dkk 133,662,897 Incl. Vat). Reference Is Made To Lbf Budget Sheet 06.10.2025 (Index 2025/K2) As Attached In The Tender Material. Please Note That Budget Sheets Show Expenses Incl. Vat The Tender The Total Consultancy Tender Is Carried Out As A Tender With Negotiation In Accordance With §§ 61-66 Of The Public Procurement Act With A Prior Pre-Qualification. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Conduct A Negotiation And Thus Award The Contract On The Basis Of The Initial Offer. The Timetable In The Tender Is Arranged So That No Negotiation Round Is Carried Out, But Is Awarded On The Basis Of The Initial Offer. If Negotiations Are Carried Out, The Schedule Will Be Parallel-Shifted Accordingly. The Award Criterion Is The Best Ratio Between Price And Quality In Accordance With § 162, Subsection 1 Of The Norwegian Tenders Act. 1, No. 3).
