Due To The Specifics Of The Sport, It Is Also Of Particular Importance To Transport Athletic Sports Equipment (Javelins And Pole Vaulting Poles) With Traditional Or Discount Airlines, In Which Case It Is Also A Priority To Travel With The Passenger For These Special Sports Equipment (Javelins Are 2.8 And 3.4 M Long, And Pole Vault Poles Are 4.5 And 5.2 M Long). Service Description - The Subject Of The Public Procurement The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Organization Of Foreign Trips And Arrivals From Abroad Arising Within The Interests Of The Bidder, I.E. The Service Is Regulated By Act No. 213/1996 On Travel Organization And Intermediary Activities. (Xii. 23.) Government Decree And 472/2017 On Travel Service Contracts, Especially Travel Package And Travel Service Package Contracts. (Xii. 28.) In Addition To The Services Sold In A Travel Package Defined In The Government Decree, It Also Covers Basic Services Sold Independently, I.E. Not In A Travel Package.
