1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New 9-Seater Passenger Car Adapted To Transport Disabled People (Adapted To Transport 9 People (8+1), Including 1 Wheelchair Space). The Purchase Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Carried Out From The Funds Of The State Fund For Rehabilitation Of Disabled Persons Under Area D Of The Program For Equalizing Differences Between Regions Iii. The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Contract Must Be New, Fully Functional And Ready For Use In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, Must Comply With Applicable Quality And Technical Standards, Cannot Be Encumbered With Any Third-Party Rights And Must Be Consistent With The Contractors Offer. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects And Claims Of Third Parties. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Partys Parking Lot Located In Kraszewice At Ul. Wieluńska 53 At Your Own Expense And Responsibility. The Ordering Party Allows For The Delivery Of The Vehicle On Wheels To The Ordering Party. The Contractor Must Notify The Ordering Party About The Date Of Receipt Of The Delivery At Least 5 Days Before The Date Of Delivery Of The Car. The Vehicle Should Meet The Conditions For The Transport Of Disabled Persons In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Warranty Service Of The Vehicle Must Be Carried Out Directly By The Car Manufacturer Or By An Entity Authorized By The Manufacturer. The Authorized Service Center Should Be Located Within 150 Km Of The Ordering Partys Registered Office (Ul. Wieluńska 53, 63-522 Kraszewice). The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Availability Of An Authorized Service Center For The Delivered Vehicle No Later Than On The Next Business Day From The Moment Of Reporting Such A Request By The Ordering Party Or The Vehicle User. Together With The Delivery, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Documents Allowing It To Be Used On The Road In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. Together With The Delivery Of The Car, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide: 1) A Warranty Card In Polish Along With Confirmation Of The Zero Inspection, 2) Full Technical And Operational Documentation Of The Vehicle (User Manual) In Polish, A Service Book In Polish, 3) Approval Certificate And Other Documents Confirming The Adaptation Of The Vehicle To The Transport Of Disabled Persons, 4) Other Necessary Documents Needed To Register The Vehicle Or Its Use In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard, 5) Two Sets Keys. The Ordering Party Requires The Following Types Of Guarantees, Starting From The Date The Parties Sign The Vehicle Acceptance Protocol: 1) Mechanical Warranty: Minimum 24 Months With No Mileage Limit, 2) Paint Coating Warranty: Minimum 24 Months With No Mileage Limit. 3) Body Perforation Warranty: Minimum 60 Months With No Mileage Limit. Note! The Period Of The Mechanical Warranty And The Warranty On Paint
