1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of A Task Called: Development Of A Recreational Area In The Town Of Klwatka Królewska, Gózd Commune. The Works Will Be Carried Out On Plot No. 406/4 In The Town Of Klwatka Królewska (Geodetic District 0012 Klwatka). The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of The Area For A Recreational Function, Where The Following Is Planned: - A Playground, - Other Small Architecture Devices: A Gazebo, Concrete Grill, Park Benches, Ping-Pong Table, Chess/Checkers Table, Solar Lamps, Concrete Waste Bins, Bicycle Racks, Information Board With Regulations For Using The Playground. The Subject Of The Order Includes: • Carry Out Construction Works Related To Land Development On Plot No. 406/4 In Klwatka Królewska In Accordance With The Land Development Design, To The Extent Specified In The Bill Of Quantities Offer Cost Estimate (Annex No. 11).• Carry Out All Other Works And Activities Necessary To Perform The Construction Work - Resulting From The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Including, Among Others: Preparatory And Cleaning Works, Development And Marking Of The Construction Site, Surveying Services,• Carry Out The Construction Site Equipment Necessary To Carry Out The Works, Maintain Law And Order During The Execution Of The Works, And After The Works Are Completed, Remove These Devices And Tidy Up The Area,• Mark The Work Area In Accordance With Applicable Regulations In This Regard, • Prepare As-Built Documentation. The Detailed Scope Of Work Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: The Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 11) And The Land Development Design (Appendix No. 12A, 12B, 12C) Which Are Annexes To This Specification. If The Documentation Referred To Above Uses The Names Of Manufacturers Or Other Proper Names, It Should Be Assumed That They Serve Only To Clarify The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Order Must Be Made Of Materials Indicated In The Documentation Or Equivalent. The Materials And Devices Used Should Be Of The First Quality And Dimensions, Have Appropriate Certificates And Material Approvals For Use In Construction, And Ensure Operational Efficiency. If The Documentation Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin In Relation To Certain Materials Or Devices, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 3-5 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows Offering Equivalent Materials Or Devices. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. The Term Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features Means That The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements For Materials Or Devices Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Manufac
