The Subject Of The Investment Is The Renovation Of The Auditorium With The Associated Kitchen And Sanitary Facilities In The Existing Building Located At Ul. Żarska 41 In Trzebiel, Plot No. 412/3, District 0027. As Part Of The Investment, It Is Planned To Carry Out Construction Works Consisting Of: • Reconstruction Of The Internal Load-Bearing Wall Made Of Solid Ceramic Bricks And Installation Of A Steel Beam Lintel In Accordance With The Design Drawings, • Application Of New Plasters And Paint Coatings, Wall Cladding With Ceramic Tiles, • Installation Of New Door Joinery In The Rooms, • Cutting And Installing Floors In The Rooms With Stoneware Tiles, • Installing A Suspended Ceiling In The Auditorium And Replacing Damaged Ceiling Soffits In The Kitchen Facilities In The Kitchen And Scullery, • Covering The Stage Walls With Wainscoting Boards And A New Stage Floor With Boards On A Wooden Substructure, • Installing Mechanical Ventilation For The Auditorium And Kitchen Facilities, • Repairing Gravity Ventilation In Sanitary Facilities By Installing Assisted Ventilation Mechanically After Turning On The Light In The Room, • Renovation Of Roof Coverings Consisting Of: - Dismantling Ceramic Roof Tiles, Supplementing The Thermal Insulation Layers Of The Roof With Mineral Wool, Making A Roof Membrane And Reinstalling A New Ceramic Tile On The Roof, - For A Roof Covered With Heat-Welded Felt, Making Seals Of The Roof Covering By Making A New Covering In Epdm Technology, By Laying A Single-Layer Epdm Synthetic Rubber Membrane, Attached To The Substrate Mechanically Or By Gluing And Processing Elements Such As Attics And Chimneys, And Then Connecting The Sheets With Glue, Tape Or Welded Overlap, - For A Roof Covered With Sheet Metal, Sealing The Roofing Layers With Bituminous Agents Or Replacing The Sheets With New Ones, • Renovation Of The Buildings Facade Consisting Of Applying New Plaster On A Mesh, Dyed In The Mass In A Light Color Matching The Existing Color • Purchase And Installation Of Kitchen Equipment And Furnishings And Furniture In The Form Of Tables With Chairs For The Auditorium. The Investment Does Not Change The Development Of The Property Area, Which Will Function In Its Current Form. The Building Has Existing And Functioning Internal Installations That Are Not Subject To Internal Expansion.
