Manufactured And Completed No Earlier Than January 1, 2020, Meeting The Requirements Of A Vehicle Approved For Driving On Public Roads, In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Provisions Of The Above-Mentioned Act.1. Year Of Production Not Older Than 2020, Used Vehicle.2. Registered Vehicle 3. The Supplier Must Include In The Tender The Manufacturer Of The Offered Device4. The Device Cannot Be A Prototype5. The Order Includes Delivery, Technical Tests And Operation Training - Up To 4 People.6. The Vehicle Must Have The Necessary Equipment And Documents Allowing It To Be Road Traffic In Poland And Enabling Its Registration And Operation Immediately After Receipt By The Ordering Party. 7. Warranty Books, Operating Manuals, Spare Parts Catalogs And Technical And Operational Documentation Of The Lift In Polish8. The Contractor Provides An Authorized Service For The Mobile Platform, And The Response Time Of The Service, Understood As Arrival And Starting To Repair The Failure, Cannot Be Longer Than 48 Hours From The Date Of Reporting The Failure.9. Warranty For The Superstructure For A Minimum Of 3 Months, All Costs During The Warranty Period Are Borne By The Supplier. The Warranty Period Is Counted From The Date Of The Official Acceptance.
