A Number Of Permanent Pumping Installations Have Been Installed In A Number Of Railway Tunnels In The Flanders (North) Region To Pump The Seeping Groundwater And Rainwater To The Upper Sewerage System. Since The Legislation, As Described In Title Ii Of The Vlarem - Decree Of The Flemish Government Of 1 June 1995 Containing General And Sectoral Provisions Regarding Environmental Hygiene, Is Changing, A Number Of These Pumping Installations Must Be Equipped With A Flow Meter Or Adapted In Accordance With The Descriptions Of These Specifications.
