Cleaning Services – Cleaning Of Ud Włochy Facilities And The Area Around The Office. 1. The Subject Of The Order Are Cleaning Services For The Facilities Of The Włochy District Office Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw At Al. Krakowska 255 And Al. Krakowska 257 In Warsaw, Including Cleaning The External Area Around The Building At Al. Krakowska 257 In Warsaw, Including In Particular: • Cleaning Of Office Rooms, Corridors, Staircases, Warehouses, Archives, Sanitary, Utility And Social Rooms And Replenishing Hygiene And Sanitary Supplies, Keeping The So-Called Refrigerated Cabinet Clean. Eateries; • Cleaning Of The Property; • Snow Removal And Removal Of Black Ice; • Disinfection And Washing Of Telephones; • Cleaning Of The Terrace Of The 3Rd And 4Th Floors; • Washing Carpets, Childrens Corner Carpets And Carpet Mats; • Washing Upholstered Furniture (Chairs And Armchairs); • Washing Windows And Sliding Grilles; • Washing Facades; • Roof Cleaning And Snow Removal; • Washing Notice Boards; • Other Works Commissioned As Needed - Settled In Man-Hours. 2. Materials, Cleaning Products And Equipment Necessary To Perform The Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Provided By The Contractor. 3. The Contractors Obligation Will Be To Ensure A Permanent Staff Of Employees Employed Under An Employment Contract (Minimum 6 People) With A Minimum Of 0.5 Full-Time Positions Each. 4. The Contractor Or Subcontractors Obligation Will Be To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, All Persons Who Will Perform Daily Activities Such As: Cleaning Office Rooms, Corridors, Staircases, Warehouses, Archives, Sanitary Rooms, Utility And Social Rooms, As Well As Replenishing Hygiene And Sanitary Products, Keeping The So-Called Refrigerated Cabinet Clean. Eating House, Cleaning The Property Around The Building. 5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Adjust The Number Of Services (Resulting From Current Needs Arising During The Execution Of The Contract And Not Known At The Time Of Its Conclusion) In Relation To The Quantities Given In The Offer Cost Estimate. Changes In The Number Of Measurement Units Will Not Result In An Increase In The Contractors Remuneration And Will Not Constitute Changes To The Terms Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Plans To Perform Not Less Than 70% Of The Total Value Of The Order.
