Internet Services – It-Exchange Archiving Solution. A Central Email Archiving Solution (Cloud) Is To Be Procured, Which Will Be Integrated Directly Into The Existing Exchange Infrastructure. E-Mails That Exceed A Defined Age Should Be Automatically And Audit-Proof Transferred To The Archive Environment. The Minimum Contract Term Is 36 Months. The Contract Is Then Extended By A Further 12 Months If Neither Party To The Contract Terminates The Contract With 12 Months Notice To The End Of The Contract Year.
