The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Sidewalk At Ul. A. Brody On The Section From Km 0+00 To Km 0+183 In The City Of Ustroń, Which Has The Status Of A Health Resort Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City, As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Sidewalk At Ul. A. Brody. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A New Sidewalk Made Of Concrete Cubes, Piping The Ditch, Reconstruction Of Exits, Expansion Of The Existing Lighting And Construction Of A Bituminous Speed Bump Within The Existing Road. All Works Will Be Agreed On An Ongoing Basis With The Ordering Party And The Investor Supervision Inspector. Before Submitting An Offer, The Investor Recommends That You Familiarize Yourself With The Scope And Nature Of Field Works In Detail. The Contractor Will Provide Construction Facilities On His Own. After Completing The Works, The Contractor Will Prepare As-Built Documentation Approved By The Supervision Inspector And The Employer. Waste Generated As A Result Of The Works Carried Out Should Be Managed In Accordance With The Waste Act (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). The Above Is To Be Confirmed In The Bdo Database - Printed Waste Transfer Cards Should Be Submitted To The Employer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make All Notifications About The Commencement And Completion Of Construction Works, Required By Law As Part Of The Investment Being Implemented. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In The Bill Of Quantities.
