Technical Testing, Analysis And Consultancy Services – Offer Of Framework Agreement Regarding Technical Feasibility Studies, Environmental Assessment, Advice And Assistance In Relation To Urban Development Of New City Quarters In Nordhavn. By & Havn Must Initiate The Urban Development Of The Next Stages In Nordhavn, Specifically Areas In Outer Nordhavn, North Of Skudeløbet And Skudehavnen, Totaling Approx. 74 Ha. The Upcoming Urban Development Involves Staged Planning For A Total Of Approx. 900,000 Etm. Mixed Construction, Which Is Expected To Be Developed Towards 2040. The Urban Development Of The Next Areas In The Outer Nordhavn Is A Continuation Of The Development And Transformation That Has Taken Place In The Inner Nordhavn Since 2008, And Which Is Still Ongoing. The First Local Plans For The Next Stages In Ydre Nordhavn Are Expected To Be Adopted In 2029. The Main Objective Of The Urban Development In Nordhavn Is To Realize Good Urban Neighborhoods Where Residents And Businesses Thrive And Where We Share The Space, The Infrastructure And The Attractions. The New City Quarters In Nordhavn Must Be Developed As An Extension Of The City Districts That Have Either Been Established Or Are Under Development In Nordhavn Today, And They Must Be Certified To Dgnb Platinum As A Starting Point, For Urban Areas Where Sustainability And, Among Other Things, The Dgnb Methodology Must Be Considered From The Start In All Project Stages. The Tendered Task Concerns Technical Advice And Assistance: • Regarding The Preparation Of Feasibility Studies In Relation To The Urban Development Of New Neighborhoods In Nordhavn. • In Connection With Technical Qualification Of The Master Plan For Sub-Area A And Qualification Of Layout Proposals For Sub-Area B. • In Connection With Preparation Of Material For Local Plans And Environmental Assessments • Preparation Of Environmental Assessment At Present, The Following Sub-Tasks/Technical Focus Areas Have Been Identified, But New Sub-Tasks May Arise That Must Also Be Solved Under The Framework Agreement. The Partial Tasks Are Detailed Below. • Supply Strategy • Soil Surveys (Pollution And Geotechnics) • Soil Management Strategy • Climate Adaptation/Cloudbursts, Groundwater And Rainwater Note, And Resilience To Climate Change • Framework For Landscape Canal In Ydre Nordhavn • Nature Registration (§3 And Annex Iv) And Biodiversity Potentials • Environmental Mapping Of Surrounding Businesses (In Relation To Air, Smell, Dust And Other Pollution / Risk) • Noise Analysis (Business, Traffic And Railway) • Traffic And Infrastructure (Requirement Note) • Environmental Assessment Of The Local Plan • Environmental Screening And Environmental Mapping Of Existing Construction Prior To Potential Demolition By & Havn Wishes To Enter Into The Framework Agreement With One Supplier In Connection With Technical Feasibility Study, Advice And Assistance In Connection With Urban Development Of New City Quarters In Nordhavn For A Detailed Description Of The Tasks Under The Framework Agreement, Please Refer To Appendix 1 (Task Description).
