Technical Testing, Analysis And Consultancy Services – Offer Of Framework Agreement Regarding Technical Feasibility Study, Environmental Assessment, Advice And Assistance In Relation To Urban Development Of Kløverparken & Quintus. On The Basis Of An Agreement Between The Government And Copenhagen Municipality On Urban Development And Infrastructure For Lynetteholm, By & Havn Has Initiated The Urban Development Of Kløverparken & Quintus, Located On The North-Eastern Edge Of Amager. The First Stage Of The Urban Development Includes The Development Of 530,000 Etm2 Of Mixed Urban Functions In The Project Area, Until 2035. The First Local Plan Is Expected To Be Adopted In 2029. Overall, Over Time, 870,000 Etm Will Be Developed At Kløverparken & Quintus, Which Has A Plot Area Of Approx. 600,000 M2. Today, The Area Contains, Among Other Things, A Marina, Cable Park, Go-Kart Track, Land Depot And Several Cultural Facilities. Around Kløverparken & Quintus Are Several Large Facilities That Influence Urban Development. This Applies To Planning And Safety Zones On Prøvestenen, Ventilation Channel Of Hofor, Hydrogen Plant Of Ok And Arc With Associated Wiring Network. During The Project Period, A Metro Will Be Built Through The Area, Which Is Planned To Open In 2036. It Is Still Undecided Whether The Northern Part Of The Metro Will Be An Elevated Railway Or A Tunnel. The Urban Development Must Ensure Housing, Green Areas And The Good City For The People Of Copenhagen - And The First City Neighborhoods Must Be Ready For Use When The Next Stages Of The M5 Metro Are Expected To Open From 2036. Kløverparken And Quintus Are Certified As A Starting Point For Dgnb Platinum For Urban Areas, Which Is Why There Is A High Focus On Biodiversity And Sustainability As Well As The Dgnb Methodology, Which Must Be Considered From The Start In All Project Stages. The Tendered Task Includes, Among Other Things, Technical Advice And Assistance • Regarding The Preparation Of Feasibility Studies In Relation To The Urban Development Of Kløverparken & Quintus • In Connection With The Processing Of The Structure Plan And Master Plan • In Connection With Material Input For The Local Plan And Environmental Assessment • Preparation Of The Environmental Assessment At Present The Following Sub-Tasks/Technical Focus Areas Have Been Identified, But New Sub-Tasks May Arise That Must Also Be Solved Under The Framework Agreement. The Partial Tasks Are Detailed Below. • Supply Strategy • Soil Surveys (Pollution And Geotechnics) • Soil Management Strategy • Climate Adaptation/Cloudbursts, Groundwater And Rainwater Note, And Robustness To Climate Change • Nature Registration (§3 And Annex Iv) And Biodiversity Potentials • Environmental Mapping Of Surrounding Businesses (In Relation To Air, Smell, Dust And Other Pollution / Risk) • Noise Analysis (Business, Traffic And Rail) • Traffic And Infrastructure • Environmental Assessment Of Local Plan • Environmental Screening And Environmental Mapping Of Existing Construction Prior To Potential Demolition By & Havn Wishes To Enter Into The Framework Agreement With One Supplier In Connection With Technical Feasibility Studies, Advice And Assistance In Relation To Urban Development Of Kløverparken & Quintus.
