Tender Dossier can be obtained by interested qualified tenderers through sending an email to (logistics@pefrafah.org.ps) with attachment illustrates the classification of the company (First or second or third Roads or Infrastructure or Buildings) Between 9:00 am 03:00 pm (Gaza Time) Sunday to Thursday · The interested companies could collect the tender dossier starting with 16/02/2026 until 19/02/2026 at 10:00 am (Interested tenderers must be classified at the Union of the Palestinian Contractors class (First, second and third Roads, infrastructure and Buildings) and must submit a copy of classification certification to collect the Tender Dossier. · A pre-bid meeting for answering any inquiries will be held on 19/02/2026 at 11:00 A.M in PEF main office at Khan Younis (Al Rasheed Street, Mansour Al Bayyouk building). · The deadline for submission of tenders by hand to PEF main office (Khan Younis) is 23/02/2026 at 02:00 PM. · Tenderers will be required to sign and submit Bid securing Declaration accompanied by the financial offer (the form is attached in section 4 in bidding Data. · PEF does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender. · The awarded tenderer should pay the fees of advertisements in newspapers and any other platforms used to advertise this tender invitation.
