The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of A Roof For The Western Stand At The Municipal Stadium In Leipzig Located On Part Of Plot No. 847 At Ul. Solecka In Lipsk. The Investment Includes The Construction Of A Roof Structure With An Area Of ​​Approx. 396 M², Along With The Necessary Accompanying Works. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Preparatory, Demolition And Dismantling Works, Including: Disassembly Of Seats, Dismantling Of The Concrete Pavement, Dismantling Of Concrete Elements And Dismantling Of The Lighting Pole;• Earthworks, Including Excavation, Removal Of Excess Soil And Preparation Of The Ground For Foundations;• Construction Of Foundations For The Roof Structure;• Construction Of A Steel Structure For The Roof, Including Installation Of Steel Columns, Roof Beams And Bracings;• Construction Of Roof Covering From Profiled Sheet Segments With An Area Of Approx. 396 M², Together With The Drainage System;• Reconstruction Of The Paving Stone Surface And Installation Of Equipment Elements, Including Chairs And Balustrades;• Execution Of The Electrical Installation, Including Moving The Lighting Pole, Assembly Of The Switchgear, Laying Cables And Installation Of 60W Led Lighting Fixtures;• Execution Of Accompanying Works, Including Securing The Construction Site, Waste Removal And Tidying Up The Area After The Completion Of The Works.
