The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Without Delivery Of Up To 110 Tons Of C65b3pu/Rc Cationic Asphalt Emulsion For Partial Renovations Of County Road Surfaces In The Przemyśl County. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Ordering Party Collects The Emulsion From The Emulsion Plant Or Collection Point (Tank) Located No More Than 20 Km From The Ordering Partys Seat (Przemyśl, Plac Dominikański 3) And Must Meet The Requirements Of The Currently Applicable Pn-En 13808.2013-10 Standard. Asphalt Content Not Less Than 65%. The Ordering Partys Requirement: Disintegration Index: ≥ 120 (G/100G). The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The Order. The Purchased Emulsion Will Be Collected Using The Ordering Partys Own Transport On Business Days From The Conclusion Of The Contract Until November 30, 2026. The Sold Emulsion Must Have The Appropriate Temperature, I.E. Above +50 Degrees C. The Ordering Party Will Report The Need For The Material By Phone. Full Execution Of The Order, I.E. Purchase Of Emulsion In An Amount Of Up To 110 Tons, Will Depend On Good Weather Conditions Enabling The Performance Of Road Works With The Use Of Emulsion, I.E. (Rainless Weather, Temperature Of At Least + 10 Degrees Celsius) And The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Term Up To 110 Tons Means That The Ordering Party Determines The Upper Value Of Material Needs, The Actual Needs Will Result From Partial Renovations Of Road Surfaces. The Contractor Estimates 110 Tons Of Emulsion.
