The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Social Services Consisting In Conducting Care, Upbringing And Educational Activities For 30 Children Aged 6-16, Participants Of The Day Care Facility At Ul. Widok 10A In Starachowice As Part Of The Project Entitled: Time On The Hill.1. The Service Of Performing The Function Of The Clubs Manager Involves Conducting Care And Educational Activities As Well As Keeping Documentation Of The Club.2. The Service Will Take Place In The Period From Signing The Contract, But Not Earlier Than From March 1, 2026 To February 29, 2028, On Working Days From Monday To Friday, From 2:00 P.M. To 6:00 P.M. 3. Total Number Of Working Days In 2026. From March To December, I.E. 211 Days X 4 Hours A Day, I.E. 844 Hours.4. Total Number Of Working Days In 2027 From January To December, I.E. 251 Days X 4 Hours A Day, I.E. 1004 Hours.5. Scope Of Tasks Of The Club Manager: A) Supervision, Organization And Conduct Of Care And Educational Activities, B) Managing A Team Of Employees And Keeping Documentation, C) Developing Work Plans, D) Helping Children In Learning, E) Organizing Development Activities, Such As Trips Or Workshops, F) Ensuring Childrens Safety, G) Cooperation With The Project Staff And The Manager Of The Facility In Order To Implement The Intended Activities And Achieve The Planned Project Goals, And Providing The Necessary Documentation Regarding The Activities Of The Facility At His Request, H) Cooperation With The Schools They Attend Wards, With Family Guardians And Social Workers; Family Assistant In Developing A Plan To Help Children In Individual Cases, I) Cooperation With Parents (Legal Guardians) And Encouraging Them To Cooperate In Solving The Childs Problems And To Participate In The Current Life Of The Facility, J) Cooperation With Social Organizations, Cultural Institutions And Other Institutions In The Field Of Activities For The Benefit Of The Facilitys Participants, K) Responsibility For The Entrusted Property, L) Participation In The Educational, Cultural And Recreational Activities Of The Facility, M) Participation In Inspections Of The Activities Of The Community Center Conducted By The Units External, N) Conducting Promotional Activities Among The Participants Of The Facility Regarding The Sources Of Project Financing, O) Keeping The Necessary Documentation, I.E. Class Diaries, Developing Monthly Lesson Plans, Reports, Reports, P) Responsibility For Cleanliness, Order And Tidiness At The Place Of Service Provision. 9.
