The Site Has Two Apartment Buildings With Common Areas. All Works On The Site (Plumbing, Construction And Electrical Engineering Works With Auxiliary Works, Etc.) Belong To One Hvac Contractor In Accordance With The Contract Tender Documents. The Site Is Pursitie 7, 80160 Joensuu. The Contractor Is Required To Familiarize Himself With The Site. The Offer Will Be Rejected If The Contractor Has Not Familiarized Himself With The Site. The Contractor Can Familiarize Himself With The Site By Picking Up The Key From Joensuu Ellis Customer Service Or By Requesting A Tour Of The Site Tuukka.Tuovinen@Ellinkodit.Fi The Work Can Start As Soon As The Contractor Contracts Have Been Signed And The Start Permit And Building Permit Have Been Obtained. The Site Must Be Completed By September 30, 2026 At The Latest. The Work Must Be Carried Out Continuously. The Time Used For Work Can Be A Maximum Of 17 Weeks. A More Detailed Schedule Is Recorded In The Contract. The Object Will Only Be Accepted At The Time Specified In The Contract. The Contractor Must Make Comments Related To The Schedule At The Latest During The Contract Negotiation. The Offer Is Binding And Must Be Written In Finnish. The Entire Procurement Process Is In Finnish.
