1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Gymnasium At The European Center For Vocational And Continuing Education In Gubin - Stage Ii - Renovation Of The Sports Floor Along With The Construction Of A New Polyurethane Surface, Made In Accordance With The Auxiliary Bill Of Quantities And The Technical Description Of The Planned Project, In Particular: 1) Removal Of Bulges By Milling Or Cutting Out Gaps In The Layer Of The Existing Surface And Chipboard With A Width Of Approx. 10–20 Cm (In Places Of Deformation), In Order To Relieve Stress In Raised Areas. If Necessary, Local Replacement Of Damaged Chipboards Is Planned.2) Filling The Cut-Out Spaces With New Chipboards, Maintaining The Required Technological Expansion Joints.3) Cutting The Existing Floor Near The Walls To A Width Of Approx. 4-6 Cm In Order To Create A Peripheral Expansion Joint, Ensuring Ventilation Of The Underfloor Space And Eliminating Future Stresses And Deformations Of The Surface.4) Laying A Layer Of Polyurethane Foam With A Thickness Of Approx. 10 Mm On The Entire Surface Of The Room And Density Of Approx. 80-100 Kg/M³, Constituting A Shock-Absorbing And Leveling Layer For The Sports Surface.5) Construction Of A Seamless Polyurethane Screed, Approx. 2 Mm Thick, Intended For Sports Use, Resistant To Abrasion And Dynamic Loads.6) Installation Of New Wooden Plinths Around The Perimeter Of The Room, Maintaining A Ventilation Gap At The Walls.7) Painting The Sports Surface And Plinths With Polyurethane Varnish In Colors Agreed With The Ordering Party.8) Painting The Pitch Lines In The Agreed Scope And Colors.9) Cutting Technological Holes In The Surface For The Installation Of Posts And Sports Hoops With Covers (Covers). The Bidder Is Obliged To Conduct A Site Visit To The Facility Before Submitting The Offer, After Prior Arrangement Of The Date With The Ordering Party. If An Offer Is Submitted Without An On-Site Inspection, It Will Be Automatically Rejected.
