Tenders are invited for Procurement for the Provision of Scavenging Service and Disposal of Wastes including Carting Away of Post Cyclonic Waste within the Township of Curepipe for a Period of 6 Months - Lot 1. 1. The Municipal Council of Curepipe is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government eProcurement System for the Procurement for the provision of Scavenging Service and Disposal of Wastes including Carting Away of Post Cyclonic Waste within the Township of Curepipe for a period of 6 months Lot 1 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: The Municipality of Curepipe/IFB/2026/570 3.Bidders shall be registered with the Ministry of Environment,Solid Waste Management and Climate Change as Scavenging Contractor. The procurement is being conducted through Open National Bidding procedures according to the provisions of the Mauritius Public Procurement Act 2006 as amended. 4. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by 02 March 2026 up to 13.00 hours (Mauritian Time) at the latest. 5. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on 02 March 2026 as from 14.01 hours (Mauritian Time) till 03 March 2026 at 14.00 Hours (Mauritian Time). 6. Bids will be opened online at the address given hereunder on 03 March 2026 as from 14.01 hours up to 18.00 Hours (Mauritian Time) in the Municipal Council of Curepipe. 7. The Municipal Council of Curepipe reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
