The Municipality Of Laja Calls For Public Bidding, Through The Public Market Portal Project Development To Be Able To Apply For The Minvu Participatory Paving Program, The Projects Must Be Prepared In Accordance With Serviu And Minvu Regulations. It Is The Responsibility Of The Consultant To Process In The Municipality In The Corresponding Units, The Approval Of The Rainwater Solution, Signage And The Type Of Solution, Among Others. And The Processing Of Certificates In The Corresponding Municipal Offices. In Case Of Tree Planting, It Must Incorporate A Tree Tree (If Applicable). Regulations The Development Of This Consultancy Must Be Carried Out In Consideration Of The Following Rules, Regulations And Current Ordinances: - Current Regulations For Minvu, Serviu And Road Paving Projects (As Applicable). - General Law Of Urban Planning And Construction And Its Ordinance (With Its Updates). - And Others Relevant To The Matter. The Roads Correspond To A Bnup And Their Design Must Comply With What Is Ordered By The Director Of Works, In Accordance With The Street Profile. It Will Be The Consultants Responsibility To Process, Obtain And Pay For Certificates Before The Municipal Units, Also Process The Approval Of The Rainwater Solution In The Dom, Transit Signage. As Well As The Processing In Serviu And Vialidad Until Its Approval (As Applicable). The Consultant Must Coordinate With The Social Organization Of The Sector, The Day Of Presentation Of Designs And Approval Of The Projected Solution.
