Counseling Services – Support In The Development And Drafting Of A National Sports Infrastructure Development Plan. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Luxembourg Governments Coalition Agreement, The Ministry Of Sports (Msp) Wishes To Adopt A Proactive Approach To The Development Of National Sports Infrastructure. In Order To Achieve This Ambition, The Msp Is Seeking The Support Of An Economic Operator Responsible For: • Analyzing And Synthesizing Data Relating To Existing Sports Infrastructures And Future Needs; • Identification Of Issues And Challenges In Terms Of Planning, Governance And Financing; • Supporting The Msp In Developing A Strategic Vision And Guiding Principles For The Development Of Sports Infrastructures In Luxembourg; • The Formulation Of Strategic And Operational Objectives, Accompanied By Concrete Recommendations; • Drafting The Final Pndis Document, Structured In Accordance With The Summary Validated By The Msp. The Economic Operator Will Work In Close Collaboration With The Msp And The Stakeholders Concerned, In Order To Guarantee The Relevance, Coherence And Feasibility Of The Proposals.
