A Water Law Permit Is Required For The Permanent Integration Of The Gewi Piles Into The Groundwater On The One Hand And The Insertion Of The Excavation Pit Protection And New Foundations Into The Groundwater On The Other Hand. For The Western Expansion Of The Main Building, A Foundation Must Be Developed Together With The Structural Engineer That Takes Both The Construction Site And The Existing Building Into Account. Furthermore, The Planned Foundation For The Rain Retention Basin Integrated In The Basement Must Be Worked Out Together With The Structural Engineer. In Addition To The Above-Mentioned Matters, Participation Is Required In The Description Of The Construction Site Setup, The Use Of Equipment And The Storage Facilities, The Transport To And From The Site As Well As The Implementation With Regard To The Dimensions And Execution Times Of The Measures. Overall, This Additional Work Is Necessary For The Location Of The Construction Work In The Construction Schedule And The Conflict Check With Other Processes And Is Therefore An Essential Part Of The Planning Service.
