Submission Requirements Dates and conditions for supply and delivery: 1. All bid documents must be submitted by 5:00 PM on February 25, 2026. Any bid documents received after the above date will not be considered. 2. Bidding documents must include VAT, if any. 3. Cash payment will be made within 30 days after receipt of goods or services and invoice. 4. The bid shall be valid for 60 days from the deadline for submitting bids. 5.
