Tenders are invited for Consultancy Engineering & Construction Services. World Vision Lebanon (WVL) intends to establish a Framework Agreement with a qualified firm that can provide professional engineering and construction advisory services to support WVL projects throughout the project cycle, from design and tendering through construction supervision and completion. All Companies interested in Tender participation should submit the Letter of Interest to WV Lebanon Procurement email address Lbn_Procurement@wvi.org to receive the Tender Documentation. Deadline for the submission of Letter of Interest is 18 February 2026, 11:59 AM Lebanon Time since the deadline of Submission offers is February 27, 2026. Please note: Companies missing contact information in the Letter of Interest will not be considered for the Tender Participation. Any submission of Letter of Interest after deadline will be rejected and companies will not be invited to Tender. Tender Documents will be sent out electronically through WV procurement system (Provision) to interested companies/consultants on January 27, 2026, since the deadline of offers submission via online system is February 02, 2026, 8:00pm Tender documents will include detailed BOQs and TOR and submission instructions.
