Scope Of Work: 1) Securing The Construction Site; 2) Adding A Staircase From The South With An Emergency Exit And A Lift For Nn Persons; 3) Change Of The Buildings Facade - Removal Of The Mansard Around The Perimeter Of The Building, Construction Of Attic Walls In The Fronts Of The Dormers On All Roof Slopes; 4) Change In The Fire Protection Conditions Of The Building - Division Of The Building Into 2 Fire Zones Zl-Ii And Zl-Iii, Separation Of 2 Smoke-Ventilated Evacuation Staircases, Construction Of A Fire Route To The Facility; 5) Change Of Boiler Room Technology Including Replacement Of Central Heating Boilers With Pellet-Powered Ones; 6) Changing The Central Heating Installation In The Entire Building; 7) Local Reconstruction Of The Utility Water Installation, External Storm Sewage System, Water Supply And Mechanical Ventilation; 8) Insulation Of The Walls And Roof Of The Building; 9) Construction Of A New Roof Covering On The Building, Including Sheet Metal Work And Gutters; 10) Replacement Of All Window Joinery In The Building; 11) Replacement Of All External Joinery - Entrance Door; 12) Electrical Works - Electrical Installation In The Staircases In The Hall On The Ground Floor, In The Boiler Room And The Fuel Storage Room, Lightning Protection Installation, Wiring For Roof Fans, Pv Installation Of 45 Pv Modules, 425 W Each, Reconstruction Of The Existing Cable Line From The Pv Installation And The Existing External Lighting Cable Line;13) Smoke Removal Installation In Staircases No. 1 And 2;14) Tidying Up The Construction Site;15) Demolition Works, Removal And Disposal Of Materials Obtained From Demolition; 16) Preparation Of Post-Construction Geodetic Documentation.
