Checking And Testing Apparatus – Procurement Of An Aem Electrolysis Test Stand. In The Hydrogen Laboratory At Kempten University, A Test Bench Is Needed For The Characterization Of Aem Electrolysis Stacks With An Output Of Up To 40 Kw. The Electrolysis Cell Is Tested As A Multicellular Organism. Test Parameters To Be Controlled Include (But Are Not Limited To): Current, Voltage, Stack Temperature, Koh Water Volume Flow (Anode And Cathode), Pressure Control (Anode And Cathode), An Aem Electrolysis Stack Should Be Set Up In A Secure Test Cabin. The Test Stand Should Be Controlled By A Measuring Computer. Manual Operation (Manual Change Of All Operating Parameters, Valves, Etc.) As Well As Automated Test Protocols Are Provided. 24-Hour Operation Must Be Possible With Monitoring Of Self-Defined Parameters. The Test Stack Should Be Cooled By A Liquid Cooling Circuit (Anode And Cathode). The Operating Pressure Of The Test Stack (Max. 5 Bar(G)) Should Be Regulated By An Electronic Pressure Regulator. Operation Of The Aem Stack At 30 Bar(G) Should Be Possible Through Future Modifications. All Important Components (Pressure Vessels, Pipes, Valves) Should Already Be Designed For This.
