Mobile Telephones – Framework Agreement For The Procurement Of Mobile Devices And Associated Accessories. As Part Of This Tender, The Client Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Apple Hardware, Accessories And Related Services. The Aim Is To Ensure The Continuous Supply Of The Organization With High-Quality, Standardized It Tools To Ensure The Smooth Operation Of The Existing Apple Infrastructure. The Term Of The Contract Is One Year, Expected To Begin On May 1, 2026. The Contract Is Extended Up To Three Times, Each For A Further Year, Unless It Is Terminated Beforehand By The Client. Ordinary Termination Is Possible With Three Months Notice To The End Of The Term. The Extension Takes Place Automatically If The Notice Is Not Terminated On Time. The Tender Is Product-Specific, As An Extensive Apple Infrastructure Is Already In Use In The Client Environment. This Includes Both End Devices (Mac, Iphone, Ipad) And The Associated Management And Support Ecosystem (Including Apple Business Manager, Mobile Device Management, Macos And Ios-Specific Software Distribution As Well As Existing Support And Maintenance Processes). A Product-Neutral Approach Would Lead To Significant Technical, Organizational And Economic Disadvantages, As Compatibility, Device Management, Training And Integration Into Existing Systems Are Essentially Geared Towards The Apple Platform. The Aim Of The Tender Is Therefore To Conclude A Contract With A Qualified Specialist Retailer Or Authorized Apple Partner Who Can Guarantee The Delivery Of The Products At Competitive Conditions And Reliable Support Throughout The Entire Contract Period.
