The Subject Of The Procurement Procedure Is The Conclusion Of A Purchase Agreement And A Service Agreement Between The Client And The Selected Supplier: A) Purchase Contract For The Supply Of A Computed Tomograph (Ct Device), Including The Purchase, Dismantling And Placement Of The Equipment Used By The Client, Transport, Location, Installation Of The Newly Supplied Equipment And Its Twenty-Four-Month Warranty Authorized Service. B) Service Contract For The Implementation Of Post-Warranty Authorized Service Security Of The Ct Device In The Scope Of Regular, Legally Determined, Safety Technical Inspections, Service Interventions And Repairs After The End Of The Twenty-Four Month Warranty Period, For A Period Of Eight (8) Years.
