The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Titled: Partial Renovations Of Bituminous Surfaces In 2026. 1) The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Repairs Of Bituminous Surfaces Should Be Carried Out In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, Within The Time Indicated Each Time By The Ordering Party For A Given Scope Of Work, - Carrying Out Partial Renovations Of Bituminous Surfaces In The Following Technologies: Mineral-Asphalt Mixture From A Stationary Bituminous Mass Production Plant Or A Mixture Mineral And Asphalt From A Stationary Bituminous Mass Production Plant With Disturbance Of The Subgrade And Possible Supplementation Of The Subgrade With Road Aggregate, In Accordance With The Detailed Technical Specification, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Tor. Renovations Will Be Carried Out Successively, In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party And Its Financial Capabilities.2) The Ordering Party Informs That In 2026 It Is Planned To Carry Out Repairs Of Roads And Streets With A Total Area Of Approximately 950 M2.3) The Ordering Party Reserves That The Amount Of Work Indicated In The Tor Is An Estimate, Used Only To Calculate The Unit Price Of The Offer.4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Include All Costs Related To The Execution Of The Order In The Price. Unit. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain All Necessary Information That May Be Necessary For The Correct Valuation Of The Works And To Sign The Contract, As The Possibility Of Claims By The Contractor Related To Incorrect Price Calculation Or Omission Of Elements Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Contract Is Excluded. 5) Before Starting The Works, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With An Up-To-Date Declaration Of The Supplied Mineral-Bituminous Mixture. 6) The Actual Number Of Works Will Result From The Current Needs And Financial Capabilities Of The Ordering Party.
