The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work. The Subject Of The Order Is To Carry Out Ongoing Renovations Of Asphalt Roads, Depending On The Needs. Renovation Of The Asphalt Surface Consisting Of Milling/Cutting Up To 6 Cm And Filling The Defect With Asphalt Mass, Surface Consolidation With Basalt Grit Along With Mechanical Cleaning Of The Surface Before And After Renovation Or Milling Of The Bituminous Surface With A Thickness Of 4 Cm For An Area Exceeding 30 M2, Including The Laying Of A New Bituminous Layer, Calculated Per M2 Of The Renovated Surface On Municipal And Internal Roads In The Sandomierz Commune. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bill Of Quantities - Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz (Technical Documentation) And The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. Lists Of The Main Construction Works Are Given In The Bill Of Quantities. Works. Above The Statements (Individual Bill Of Quantities Items) Are Only Of Auxiliary Nature When Estimating The Value Of The Works By The Contractor. The Answers Provided At The Stage Of The Proceedings Constitute An Integral Part Of The Swz. Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Treated As Mutually Explanatory. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, It Is Necessary To: 1) Also Perform All Auxiliary And Accompanying Works That Are Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Works. The Warranty For The Subject Of The Order Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers In Accordance With Chapter Xiii Swz.
