The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Adaptation Of Part Of The Ground Floor Of The Building Of Kindergarten No. 366 At Ul. Hawaiskiej 7 In Warsaw (Ursynów District) For The Needs Of The Community Self-Help Home - Type A. The Works Should Be Performed On The Basis Of The Developed Design Documentation Regarding The Change Of Use Of Part Of The Facility, Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including The Regulation Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy Of December 9, 2010 On Community Self-Help Homes (Journal Of Laws Of 2020 Item 249, I.E.). The Planned Adaptation Does Not Cause Significant Interference With The Development Of The Area Or Collision With The Existing Technical Infrastructure. The Location Of The Exit From The Building Is Changing (Shown On The Ground Floor Plan) And The Layout Of The Expanded Pedestrian Access Routes Is Adjusted To The Requirements And Guidelines Of The Representative For Availability. The Adaptation Of The Ground Floor Of The Kindergarten Building Does Not Affect The Existing Main Infrastructure Routes. The Facade Walls Of The Building In Which The Adaptation Of The Rooms Is Being Carried Out Will Be Insulated In Accordance With The Developed Design.
