Task No. 1: Office Furniture1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Supply Of Office And Medical Furniture For The National Institute Of Oncology. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Annexes: 1) Product And Price Specification - Annex No. 2.1 To The Swz, 2) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 3.1 To The Swz, 3) Designed Provisions Of The Contract That Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Contract - Annex No. 6.1 To The Swz.3. Description Of Equivalence: 1) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Phrase Equivalent Means That The Ordering Party Allows Products Or Services That Meet The Minimum Quality, Operational And Technical Requirements Corresponding To The Requirements Indicated By The Ordering Party In Description Of The Subject Of The Order. This Means That An Equivalent Product Must Have Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E. At Least At The Level Required By The Ordering Party. The Use Of Equivalent Products May Not Worsen The Quality Of The Results Achieved Or Negatively Affect The Proper Use Or Functioning Of The Product Or Service In Accordance With Their Intended Purpose. If The Contractor Proposes In His Offer Products Or Services Equivalent In Quality To The Products Indicated By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate In The Offer That The Products Or Services He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, By Submitting The Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, Proving That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 2) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Contractor Who Offers Solutions Equivalent To The Indicated Standards Is Obliged To Demonstrate In The Offer That The Equivalent Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party By Indicating In The Offer Form The Standard Equivalent To The Offered Product And Attaching To The Offer The Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, Proving That The Proposed Solutions To The Standards Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To An Equivalent
