The Subject Of The Order Is: Investor Supervision And Financial And Material Settlement - The Function Of The Engineer In The Implementation Of The Order Entitled: Construction Of The Bypass Of The City Of Opole Lubelskie Along The Provincial Road No. 824 Żyrzyn - Puławy - Opole Lubelskie - Józefów-Annopol - 1,750 Km Long. Classification Of Services According To Cpv: 71247000-1 Supervision Of Works Construction2. The Scope Of Works Includes: Investment In The Construction Of The Opole Lubelskie Bypass - Stage I - Provincial Road No. 824 Is Administratively Located In The Opole Lubelskie Commune, Opole Poviat, Lublin Voivodeship. The Investment Will Be Implemented On Plots Located In Three Registration Districts: 0001 Opole Lubelskie Obr. 1, 0004 Opole Lubelskie Obr. 4, 0005 Opole Lubelskie Obr. 5. The Beginning Of The Construction Of The Opole Lubelskie Bypass - Stage I - Provincial Road No. 824 Was Planned At The Intersection Of The Existing Provincial Road No. 824 (Ul. Lubelska) And The District Road No. 2610L (Ul. Szkolna) At Km 0+000.00, And The End Was Assumed At The Intersection Of The Existing Municipal Road No. 113477L (Ul. Fabryczna) And Municipal Road No. 113491L (Ul. Owocowa) At Km 1+673.88. The Investment Covers The Existing Road Lane Of Provincial Road No. 824 And Other Public Roads As Well As Parts Of Plots That Will Be Divided And Are Necessary For Widening The Road Lane. Moreover, It Will Be Necessary To Introduce Restrictions On The Use Of Properties Adjacent To The Road Due To The Need To Reconstruct/Construct The Land Infrastructure Network, Reconstruct/Construct Water Facilities, Reconstruct/Construct Other Public Roads And Reconstruct/Construct Exits.3. Order Completion Date: The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order Within The Following Dates: Stage I - Up To 16 Months From The Date Of Concluding The Contract With The Contractor. If The Contract With The Work Contractor Is Signed Before The Contract Is Signed With The Engineer, The Contract Engineers Remuneration Will Be Reduced In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract. Stage Ii - 7 Years From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works. If The Contractor Of Construction Works Grants A Shorter Warranty Period (5 Or 6 Years), The Deadline For Completing Stage Ii Will Be Shortened Accordingly In Accordance With The Possible Changes To The Concluded Contract Included In The Contract Template.
