Ordering Party In Column No. 16 Of Table No. 1 Of The Offer Form In All Items Except For The Following Items: A) No. 4 (Garlic Sauce), B) No. 11 (Mayonnaise), C) No. 15 (Ketchup), D) No. 16 (Liquid Soup Seasoning), E) No. 18 (Universal Seasoning), F) No. 19 (Gyros Seasoning), G) No. 20 (Tripe Seasoning), And H) No. 52 (Iodized Food Salt) - Requires Providing (Offering) One Packaging Size From The Weight Column (Col. 6 Of Table No. 1 Of The Bid Form).
