1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Sports Facility Constituting An Element Of The Expansion Of The Existing Public Infrastructure Complex, Intended For Sports, Recreational And Educational Activities, In Accordance With The Assumptions Of The Development Of Sports Infrastructure In The Voivodeships Program.1.2. The Design Documentation Will Constitute A Design And Technical Study For The Proper Implementation Of Construction Works And The Preparation Of The Contract Award Procedure For Construction Works.1.3. The Scope Of The Study Includes In Particular: - A Descriptive Part Containing A Description Of The Functional, Material And Technical Solutions Of The Facility, - Design Drawings To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment, Including In Particular: - Projections, - Cross-Sections, - Elevations, - Basic Construction Solutions Of The Facility, - Installation Solutions In The Field Of: - Water Supply And Sewage Installation, - Electrical Installation, - Ventilation And Heating, - List Of Areas And Basic List Of Materials, - Information Regarding The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Investment.1.4. Under Normal Operating Conditions, The Designed Facility Will Be Used As A Publicly Accessible Sports Facility, Serving The Implementation Of The Programs Objectives In The Development Of Local Sports Infrastructure And Physical Activity.2. Equivalent Solutions 2.1. If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc.2.2. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches A List Of Equivalent Solutions With Its Description Or Standards To The Offer.2.3. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Contains References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2) And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.
