The Order Also Includes Obtaining A Complete Set Of All Required Arrangements, Decisions, Opinions, Technical Conditions And Obtaining A Building Permit, Including A Decision To Cut Down Trees And Shrubs. The Design Area Covers Plot No. 2/44, Precinct 0001 Będusz In The Town Of Myszków In Myszków County. It Is Planned To Build A Community Self-Help House With A Total Usable Area Of Approximately 320 M2, One-Story, Gas-Heated, Intended For 30 Residents And Employees. The Building Will Contain Rooms Equipped With Furniture And Equipment Necessary To Conduct Classes. It Is Planned To Create: - A General Room Enabling Meetings Of Class Participants And Their Families, - Two Multifunctional Rooms For Supporting, Activating And Rehabilitation Activities, Including In The Form Of Training, - A Room For Individual Psychological, Social, Pedagogical Or Speech Therapy Counseling, - A Quiet Room, - A Separate Kitchen Room With The Necessary Household Appliances And Equipment, Serving As A Culinary Workshop - A Dining Room That Can Be Used As A Club Or An Activation And Occupational Therapy Room Or A Room For Exercise Therapy, - Three Toilets: 1) A Toilet For Women Equipped With 3 Washbasins, 3 Wcs, A Shower, 2) A Toilet For Men Equipped With 3 Washbasins, 3 Wcs, A Shower, 3) A Toilet For Staff Equipped With A Washbasin And A Toilet - A Cloakroom For Participants, - Three Offices (Room Of The Director, Psychologist, Employees). The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Polish Standards And Industry Guidelines And The Provisions Of: The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law, The Regulation Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy Of December 9, 2010 On Environmental Self-Help Homes (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 249, As Amended). The Designed Building Should Meet The Requirements Of Technical Conditions, What Buildings Should Meet, Applicable Regulations In The Field Of Social Assistance, Mental Health Protection, Fire Protection, Occupational Health And Safety, Sanitary And Hygiene, And Adaptation Of The Facility For Disabled People. 2. Equivalent Solutions 2.1. If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc. 2.2. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements
