The Subject Of The Performance Is The Repair Of Distributions Of The Medical Technical Installation Incl. Related Construction Works. As Part Of The Work, The Current Internal Water Supply System Of Cold And Hot Utility Water, Internal Sewage And Heating In Bathrooms, Toilets And Kitchens Will Be Repaired. The Work Also Includes The Replacement Of Furnishings And The Repair Of Bathrooms In Individual Apartments. The Work Will Take Place During Operation, When The Individual Apartments Are Used By The Clients Tenants. With Regard To The Above, The Work Procedure Of The Selected Contractor Must Be Such As To Limit The Use Of The Apartments In Question As Little As Possible.
