Service, General Cleaning Services, Maintenance And Conservation Of Public Assets And Municipalitys Heritage; Cleaning Of Roads And Public Places•Perform General Cleaning Services And Conservation Of Municipal Public Areas;•Perform Manual Services Considered Heavy, Such As Removing Volumes, Machines, Furniture And Equipment Whenever Requested;•Remove Dust From Tables, Chairs, Cabinets, Files, Shelves And Other Furniture And Appliances With A Damp Cloth Electrical, Telephone, Fire Extinguishers, Among Others;•Sweep, Wipe With A Damp Cloth And Polish Vinyl, Mosaic, Ceramic, Rubber And Other Floors, Signaling With An Appropriate Warning Sign;•Carry Out General Cleaning At Least 3 (Three) Times A Day, With Disinfection Of The Facilities Sanitary: Tiles, Ceramics, Mirrors, Vases, Sinks And Floors;• Supply The Toilets With Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Liquid Soap And Gel Alcohol, In Order To Avoid Their Lack; Sweeping Of Streets, Avenues, Alleys And Squares;• Collecting Rubbish On Public Roads, Storing It For Transport Or In Public Bins;• Weeding Streets, Squares And Other Public Places;• Cleaning And Unblocking Manholes, Gutters, Ditches And Channels;• Cleaning Latches, Locks, Sockets, Taps In All Outbuildings;•Take Care Of The Property Made Available To Carry Out The Service;•Perform Other Related Tasks, As Required By The Service And Guidance From The Contractor. Roads, Cycle Paths, Side Roads And Other Public Places, Using Hand Tools And/Or Motorized Equipment;•Perform Weeding And Cleaning Of Public Areas, Including Removal Of Weeds, Invasive Vegetation And Plant Waste On Sidewalks, Curbs, Bocas De Lobo, Sidewalks And Landscaped Areas;•Collect, Condition And Dispose Of Garbage Waste Mowing/Weeding: Branches, Grass And Debris, Keeping The Site Clean At The End Of The Service;•Operate Back/Side Brushcutter, Grass Trimmer And Hand Tools (Scythe, Hoe, Rake, Rake, Machete, Light Pruning Shears), As Needed By The Service;•Perform Simple And Routine Adjustments: Changing Nylon Thread/Blade, Basic Retightening, External Cleaning, Oil/Fuel Level Check;•Use And Maintain Mandatory Epis (Boots, Gaiter, Gloves, Glasses/Visor, Ear Protector, Mask/Respirator, Reflective Vest);•Isolate And Mark The Work Area, Especially On Roads And Places With Circulation Of People/Vehicles;•Communicate Occurrences: Presence Of Venomous Animals, Holes, Erosion, Foci Of Garbage, Irregular Disposal, Need For Maintenance Of Equipment; •Perform Masonry Services In New Works, Renovations And Maintenance Of Public Buildings (Schools, Ubs, Gyms, Administrative Buildings);•Lay Bricks, Blocks, Stones And Pre-Molded Elements, According To The Project, Levels And Plumbs;•Perform Plastering/Plastering, Roughcast, Subfloor, Floors And Coverings (Ceramic, Cemented, Others), Including Repairs And Replacements;•Build, Repair
