Prior Information Notice For Seismic Services – Conducting Shallow, High-Resolution 2D Seismic Surveys In The Western Part Of Polish Marine Areas For The Purposes Of The Geological Map Of Polish Marine Areas On A Scale Of 1:100,000.. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Acquisition And Processing Of Geophysical (Seismic) Data In The Field Of Measurements:  Sediment Profiler  Ultra-High-Resolution 2D Marine Seismic Method (Single-Channel Or Multi-Channel). The Service Covers A Maximum Of 20 Profiles With A Total Length Of Approx. 745 Km, Including:  9 Profiles With A Total Length Of Approx. 310 Km In The Scope Of Sediment Profiler Measurements (Basic Scope),  A Maximum Of 11 Profiles With A Total Length Of Approx. 435 Km In The Scope Of The Ultra-High-Resolution 2D Seismic Method, Including 10 Profiles With A Total Length Of Approx. 390 Km (Range Basic) And 1 Profile With A Length Of Approx. 45 Km (Optional Scope, Only In The Case Of The Multi-Channel Method). For The Above Studies, Three Profiles With A Total Length Of Approximately 100 Km Are Common To Both Measurement Methods (Basic Range). Planned Depth Of In-Depth Exploration In Terms Of Measurements With A Sediment Profiler: Not Less Than 5/15 M Under The Bottom (Depending On The Type Of Sediment) With A Vertical Recording Resolution Of Not Less Than A Dozen Or So Cm. Planned Depth Of In-Depth Exploration In The Scope Of The Ultra-High-Resolution 2D Marine Seismic Method: Not Less Than 30/50 M Under The Bottom (Depending On The Type Of Sediments, In The Case Of The Single-Channel Method, Taking Into Account Limitations Related To The Depth Of The Reservoir), With A Vertical Recording Resolution Of ≥ 0.5 M. The Seismic Works In Question Are Of A Research And Scientific Nature And Are An Integral Part Of The Task Of The State Geological Service Mon. Geological Inventory Of The Bottom Of Polish Marine Areas, Aimed At Developing A Geological Map Of Polish Marine Areas On A Scale Of 1:100,000 (Mgpom). Seismic Research Is Aimed At Identifying The Geological Structure Of The Quaternary Cover, Including The Thickness Of The Modern Sandy Cover, For The Purposes Of Developing The First Mgpom Sheets.
