The Procedure Is Not Allocated, Because Its Purpose Does Not Allow The Identification Of Distinct Benefits. Given The Uncertain Number Of Orders To Be Placed, The Contract Is A Single-Award Framework Agreement, Which Is Executed Using Purchase Orders, Within The Meaning Of Articles R2162-4 2°, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Order Thresholds To Be Placed Are As Follows: -Without Annual Amount -Maximum Annual Amount: 100,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax. The Maximum Amount Indicated Above Does Not Correspond To The Order Estimate Provided By The City. As An Estimate, The City Could Order: -Up To 60,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax In Services Per Year; These Amounts Are In No Way Contractual And Could Be Subject To Change.
