Urban Development Construction Work – Urban Mobility Component, Smis 342136 - Execution Of Infrastructure Works Including Delivery And Installation Of Equipment And Facilities - Pedestrianization And Controlled Traffic In The Central Area Of Ploiesti Municipality. The Object Of The Purchase Is The Execution Of Infrastructure Works, Including The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment And Facilities Necessary For The Investment Objective Pedestrianization And Controlled Traffic In The Central Area, Including The Development Of Bike Lanes On Priority Routes From The Mobility Plan, Bike-Sharing Points, Development Of Green Areas, Rest Areas, Performance Areas, Commercial Areas For Events, Ornamental Lighting, Wi-Fi, Including Facilities And Equipment - Urban Mobility Component, Smis 342136, According To The Requirements Of The Specifications And The Award Documentation, The Interventions Proposed By This Project Consist Of: 1. The Reconfiguration And Redistribution Of The Space By Reducing The Car Lane, Expanding And Rehabilitating The Sidewalks, Creating Green Areas And Bike Lanes. These Measures Combat The Dominance Of Cars (Observed On Bd. Republicii And Str. Gheorghe Lazar) And Restore Priority To Pedestrians, Increasing The Attractiveness And Facilitating Alternative Mobility. 2. Modernization Of The Road Infrastructure And Sidewalks (Cracks, Bumps, Cracks), The Modernization Of The Lighting System (Including Ornamental Lighting) And The Updating Of The Infrastructure On All Three Roads, Improving Safety And Comfort In The Public Space And Accessibility By Introducing Bike-Sharing Stations. These Solutions Respond To The Lack Of Infrastructure For Alternative Transport And The Problem Of Accessibility, Stimulating The Use Of Non-Automotive Means Of Travel. 4. The Regulation Of Parking And The Elimination Of Vehicular Invasion By Implementing Strict Regulations Regarding Parking On The Street, In Order To Free Up The Pedestrian Space. This Solves The Problem Of Illegal Parking, Which Invades The Sidewalks (Observed Both On Bd. Republicii And On Str. Erou Calin Catalin), Restoring The Balance Between The Space Intended For Cars And That Intended For Pedestrians. The Estimated Value Of The Purchase Is 32,250,011.22 Lei Without Vat, Of Which: C+M Value - 23,686,484.93 Lei Without Vat Value Of Machines, Technological Equipment, Functional Equipment That Requires Assembly, Equipment - 8,417,225.10 Lei Without Vat Value Site Organization - Related Expenses – 146,301.19 Lei Without Vat The Estimated Value Does Not Include: - Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses: 2,829,604.30 Lei Without Vat, The Amount Specified In The Project Budget, Which May Be The Same, As The Case May Be, Depending On The Needs, By Amending The Contract Under The Conditions Provided For In Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 On Public Procurement - The Related Amount Of 10,036,330.30 Lei, Representing The Implementation Reserve, From The General Budget No. 218/04/2025.
