The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Award Complete Project Management Missions Relating To The Design And Monitoring Of The Implementation Of Tertiary Development Projects (Work Spaces And Associated Premises) For The Banque De France Buildings Listed Below, Representing A Total Surface Area Of Approximately 150,000 M² Of Floor Space. Moe Services Cover The Monitoring Of All All State Works (Tce), Including Both Architectural And Technical Packages (Plumbing, Hvac, Electricity, Etc.). Architectural Services Include In Particular: • Site Preparation, Cleaning And Demolition, • Masonry, Waterproofing, • Partitions And Linings, • False Ceilings, • Interior Carpentry (Wood, Metal, Fixed Fittings), • Floor Coverings (Carpet, Pvc, Parquet, Etc.), • Wall Coverings (Painting, Facings, Etc.), • Directional Signage, • Furniture For Tertiary Spaces And Annexes (According To Ac Of The Banque De France), •Studies And Monitoring Of Acoustic Work. Technical Services Include: • Plumbing And Sanitary Installations, • Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Smoke Extraction (Cvcd), • High Current Electricity (Power Supply, Lighting, Etc.), • Low Current Electricity (Vdi, Access Control, Ssi, Etc.), • Technical Building Management (Bms), • Thermal Studies. The Holder Is Represented By The Company In Charge Of The Architectural Component. The Holder, Both In The Design Phase And In Execution, Must Ensure The Perfect Integration Of Technical And Architectural Solutions.
