The Task Concerns A Multi-Family Residential Building Located Within The Urban Layout Of The Workers Estate Of Kwk Dębieńsko Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Under The Number A/1550/95. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Detailed In The Documentation, Which Consists Of: A) Architectural And Construction Design - Also Including Drawings And A Program Of Conservation Works For The Roof Of The Building At Ul. Kombatatów 1 In Czerwionka - Leszczyny - Annex No. 11 To Swz, B) Technical Design (Construction Industry) - Also Including Drawings For The Roof Of The Building At Ul. Kombatatów 1 In Czerwionka - Leszczyny - Annex No. 12 To Swz, C) Technical Design (Electrical Industry) - Also Including A Drawing For The Roof Of The Building At Ul. Kombatatów 1 In Czerwionka - Leszczyny - Annex No. 13 To The Swz, D) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 14 To The Swz, E) Bills Of Quantities - Prepared For The Architectural And Construction Industry And For The Electrical Industry (Lightning Protection Installation) - Annex No. 15 To The Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Constitutes Auxiliary Material Intended To Help The Contractor Prepare His Own Cost Estimate Covering The Entire Subject Of The Order. If The Contractor Finds That The Bill Of Quantities Contains Understated Or Overstated Quantities In Relation To The Design Documentation Attached To This Swz, The Contractor Will Nevertheless Be Obliged To Perform All Works Resulting From The Design Documentation (As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration). The Contractor May Notify The Ordering Party Of The Need To Change The Bill Of Quantities As Part Of The Inquiries To The Swz, And The Ordering Party, Referring To The Content Of This Inquiry, Will Provide Information On Possible Changes In The Bill Of Quantities On The Website Of The Ongoing Procedure, F) The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Template Agreement) - Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
