The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Construction And Obtaining A Decision On The Use Permit For The Orlik Sports Complex At The School Complex No. 1 In Pszczyna, Using Technology Consistent With The Requirements Of The Investment Program Called Program For The Construction Of Sports Complexes Orlik 2025.2. The Task Consists Of The Design And Construction Of A Sports Complex In Accordance With The Following Instructions; 2.1. In The Scope Of Preparation Of Design Works: A) Obtaining An Excerpt And Outline From The Local Spatial Development Plan, B) Obtaining A Current Situational And Elevation Map For Design Purposes, C) Performing Geotechnical Tests Of The Subsoil, And, If Necessary, Preparing And Approving A Design Of Geological Works And Geological And Engineering Documentation, If Necessary), D) Preparing An Inventory Of Existing Greenery And A Plan Of Necessary Cuttings Colliding With The Intended Investment, As Well As Obtaining Consent For Cutting, E) Obtaining Technical Conditions For The Supply Of Utilities And Sewage Collection (Including, In Particular, Connection Conditions For Electricity Supply, Water Supply, Collection Of Sanitary Sewage And Rainwater And Meltwater), F) Obtaining A Decision On The Location Of The Exit Or Exits To The Plot Constituting The Investment Area, G) Obtaining Any Other Necessary Studies, To The Extent Enabling The Development Of Design Documentation And Obtaining A Decision On The Construction Permit For The Planned Investment. 2.2. In The Scope Of Design Work: Development Of Full, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation To The Extent Described In The Fup Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment, Which Will Include: A) Multi-Discipline Conceptual Design, B) Multi-Discipline Construction Design With The Necessary Arrangements (Land Or Plot Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Designs, Construction Design Annexes), C) Executive Designs With The Necessary Arrangements, D) Work Bills, E) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, F) Obtaining Possible Consents To Enter The Area Belonging To Third Parties, G) If Necessary, Obtaining From The Competent Conservator Of Monuments A Decision Specifying The Detailed Scope And Type Of Necessary Archaeological Research, H) Preparing An Application For A Building Permit Or An Application For Reporting Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit, I) Obtaining Possible Additional Consents, Decisions, Permits, Technical Conditions, Other Materials - If It Becomes Necessary During The Preparation Of Documentation Or Implementation Of The Investment, J) Transfer Of The Rights To The Ordering Party Copyright To The Design Documentation Under The Terms Specified In The Contract.2.3.
