The Subject Of The Order Is Current Maintenance Of The Patency Of The Stormwater Sewage Network And Drainage Devices On Municipal And Provincial Roads, As Well As Maintenance Of Streams And Ditches That Drain Rainwater In The City Of Świdnica, In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract To December 31, 2026.2. The Task Is Performed By The Świdnica Commune From The Commune Budget.3. Scope Of Services Provided: A) Cleaning Of Storm Inlet Wells Located In The Road Lanes Of Municipal And Provincial Roads, Within The Administrative Borders Of The City Of Świdnica On The Dates: - From The Date Of Signing The Contract To May 15, 2026 - From October 1, 2026 To November 15, 2026 B) Cleaning Of Inspection Wells On The Following Dates: - From 01/07/2026 To 31/08/2026, C) Unblocking And Cleaning The Sewage System, Drains And Culverts, D) Maintaining The Patency And Mowing Of Open Drainage Ditches And Streams That Carry Rainwater And Meltwater, E) Conducting Periodic Inspections Of The Proper Patency Of The Rainwater Drainage System And Ditches, F) Performing Other Works Related To The Proper Drainage Of Water Rainfall From The City Area.4. The Detailed Scope Of Works Was Described In The List Of Task Costs, Which Is Annex No. 1 To The Contract, Which Is Annex No. 9 To Swz.5. The Services Will Be Provided In The Entire Area Covered By The Subject Of The Order In A Way That Allows Maintaining Traffic Serving The Adjacent Areas.6. Location: Stormwater Drainage System, Watercourses And Ditches Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Świdnica, Selected Municipal And Provincial Roads Located Within The Administrative Borders Of The City Of Świdnica. The List Of Devices, Watercourses And Ditches Is Detailed In Annexes No. 2-8 To The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 9 To Swz.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 9 To Swz.8.
