The Energetic Renovation Of The Basement Is Being Carried Out Using Pressure-Resistant Panels And A Bitumen Welding Membrane. The Sealing Work Is Part Of This Tender. For This Purpose, As Part Of The Civil Engineering Work, A Construction Pit Must Be Built After The Surface Pavement Has Been Removed So That The Energy-Related Renovation Work Can Be Carried Out. After Applying The Bitumen Welding Membrane And The Insulation, A Dimpled Membrane Must Be Placed In Front Of The Insulation And The Excavation Pit Must Be Filled. The Surface Fortifications (Plasters) Are Then Restored. In The Course Of Creating Or Filling The Construction Pit, Sewer Lines, Empty Pipes And Cable Shafts Must Be Laid Or Relocated And A Light Shaft Must Be Replaced. Specifically, These Are: 270 M³ Of Soil Excavation On The Building 70 M² Perimeter Insulation Of The Outer Basement Wall 190 M² Paving Area Restoration
